The NFL's season finale is here with a full slate of Week 18 games which features divisional rivalries across the league. The weekend lineup begins with a Saturday doubleheader that will be highlighted by a matchup between the 7-9 Tennessee Titans and the 8-8 Jacksonville Jaguars for the AFC South title.

After beginning the season 5-2, the Titans have collapsed and are on a 6-game losing streak. They are without starting QB Ryan Tannehill, and RB Derrick Henry is doubtful heading into Saturday's game. Josh Dobbs will be starting at QB for the second week in a row in a must-win game. The Titans haven't won a road game since Week 11 when they defeated Green Bay, but they are 4-4 on the road for the season and they can only advance to the postseason with a win.

After starting the season 3-7, the Jaguars have rallied back since their Week 11 bye with a 5-1 record in their last 6 games. They are 4th in the AFC but first in the AFC South with a chance to lock up the division with a win against the Titans. In Week 14, the Jags were victorious over the Titans with an impressive 36-22 win and they'll be looking for the season sweep with a win on Saturday.
